Oxford is a historic small town located in Sumner County, Kansas on Highway 160 with a population of approximately 1,000 residents. Oxford has been named a TREE CITY USA since 1992. The town site sits on the west bank of the Arkansas River. Cave Park is located on the east side of town, and offers a playground area for children, a covered shelter, and a public access, paved boat ramp to the Arkansas River.     2025 Dog Tags

    2025 Dog Tags

    The 2025 Dog Tags are available now at the City Office!! $5 per dog up to 3 dogs and $60 per additional dog up to a maximum of 5 dogs. Please bring proof of vaccination with you when you come to get your 2025 license.  

    City Code requires all dogs 6+ months to be vaccinated and licensed with the City of Oxford.
