The Oxford Police Department is seeking motivated, professional, and community-minded individuals to join our department and serve the citizens of Oxford and the surrounding area. Successful candidates will understand that effective law enforcement extends beyond enforcement activities and includes communication, problem-solving, public service, and building trust within the community. With competitive pay based on experience, a 12-hour Panama schedule, a take-home patrol vehicle, department-issued duty cell phone, no residency requirement, and both full-time and part-time opportunities available, the Oxford Police Department offers an excellent opportunity for dedicated law enforcement professionals.

Full-Time Patrolman: Starting pay is ranging from $19-$23.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.

Part-Time Patrolman: Starting pay is ranging from $15-$18.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
