Oxford is a historic small town located in Sumner County, Kansas on Highway 160 with a population of approximately 1,000 residents. Oxford has been named a TREE CITY USA since 1992. The town site sits on the west bank of the Arkansas River. Cave Park is located on the east side of town, and offers a playground area for children, a covered shelter, and a public access, paved boat ramp to the Arkansas River.     Oxford Trash Pick Up Delayed

    Due to the recent winter storm and current road conditions, TL's Sanitation has announced that trash pick up for ALL (residential & commercial) Oxford trash will be delayed 1-2 days this week. Expect trash pick up to be anywhere from Thursday, January 9th - Friday, January 10th. Please leave your trashcans out at the curb for easy access.
