TL's Sanitation has announced there may be a delay in trash pick-up today, due to the dense fog in some areas. Please keep your trash cans at the curb. 

The following schedule was sent to us by TL's Sanitation for Holiday Pick Up this year.

Thursday 1st will be picked up on Wednesday 12-31

The City Office and Library will be closed at noon on Christmas Eve and all day Christmas.  We want to wish everyone happy and safe holiday season.  For any utility emergencies call 911.

The City of Oxford would like to remind residents that all door-to-door solicitors are required by city ordinance to obtain a Solicitor’s Permit from the City Office before conducting any sales or promotions within city limits.

If someone comes to your home attempting to sell a product or service, please ask to see their City-issued permit. Legitimate solicitors will have this permit on hand and will show it upon request.

If the individual does not have a permit, or refuses to show one, please call 911 (non-emergency) to request an officer to be dispatched. This helps ensure the safety of our community and protects residents from potential scams.

For your safety, do not provide any personal information—including your name, phone number, or financial details—until you have confirmed the person is properly permitted.
