Water Tower Maintenance Underway – Temporary Pressure & Color Changes 

Attention, Oxford residents! Our hardworking water tower is getting a much-needed cleaning today, ensuring it stays in top shape for years to come. While the maintenance crew does their thing, the city is running on well water instead, which means you might notice a slight drop in water pressure throughout the day. But don’t worry—everything will be back to normal by tomorrow morning!

As part of the process, we have to drain the tower through the fire hydrants, which may cause some temporary water discoloration for some residents. If you notice a tint to your water, let it run for a bit, and it should clear up.
