The City of Oxford will close at 12:00 p.m. on Christmas Eve and will be closed all day on Christmas Day. The Library will be closed both Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. For any Utility Emergencies please call 911 and report it as an outage and the Utility Crew will be dispatched.
